Spot rates can be added to the system in 2 ways:
1. At the time of creating a quote:
1) Create a new quote and fill in all required fields.
2) Select origin and destination port(s)
3) Click 'Add New' button:
Fill in the required fields and click Save:
You have created a spot rate and you can use it in your quote. This rate will be saved in Prices -> Rates -> Spot Rates, and available for the future quotes. To see the list of the available spot rates, please go to:
2. Directly to Rates => Spot rates
Click 'Add New' button at the top right corner.
Fill in the fields highlighted in red.
Then you can also add a comment to the rate. Once your rate is updated, you can publish it to make it visible to the organization:
