Create a new quote and fill in all required fields. Select origin and destination port(s).
Click Add New button to add a spot rate:
Fill in the required fields and click Save:
You have created a rate and you can use it in your quote. This rate will be available for the entire organization. To see the list of spot rates, please go to: Prices -> Rates -> Spot Rates.
